BOGO Book fair at the school on May 2nd

Writing:  We are reading the book "Hatchet" and writing papers that correspond to the book. This week, the 4th-grade students competed to have an article printed in our local newspaper.

Science: We are learning about plant and animal life. We are growing lettuce in our greenhouse and attempting to hatch chickens and ducks in our class. Our eggs should start to hatch on Sunday, April 27th.

Math: For the rest of the year, we will review the standards we struggle with to reach proficiency.

Reading: We have been reading "My Life as a Book," which contains many great vocabulary words.

Social Studies: As we read about the founders of North Dakota, we are learning a lot of interesting information about our state's history.
