Join us tomorrow on the east side of the Richardton school to send off our state qualifiers to the state track meet! Bus leaves at 11:00 am!

Due to the rainy weather, the 5th & 6th grade field day has been postponed until next Friday, May 19th from 1:00-3:00. We will have multiple outdoor water activities so feel free to send towels or an extra set of clothes with students. Parents are welcome to attend.

Join us on May 22nd at 6:00 for the Extracurricular Awards Banquet that will be held in the Richardton cafeteria. All students that participated in and/or managed the following extracurricular activities will be recognized: -One Acts -Student Congress -Cross Country -Varsity Football -Varsity Volleyball -Varsity Girls' Basketball -Varsity Boys' Basketball -Varsity Girls' Ice Hockey -Varsity Softball -Speech -Yearbook -Varsity Rodeo -Varsity Track & Field -Special Olympics -9-12 grade Choir -7-12 grade Band The Booster club will be providing the main course. They ask that Senior, Junior, and Junior High students bring side dishes and Sophomore and Freshmen students bring a dessert.

Good afternoon, There is currently an issue with the phone systems for both Richardton and Taylor schools. Calling the schools' numbers from a cellphone will result in a busy line tone. This is an issue with cell towers similar to the 911 issue this weekend. Consolidated did not have an ETA on the fix. At this moment landlines appear to be working. Thank you.

Tomorrow, grades K-4 will be going to Mott to watch a movie. The movie is an animated kids movie called Over the Hedge. The rating is PG, so please let the school know if you are not ok with this and we will make other arrangements for your child. Thank you, Mr. Barry

If you plan on purchasing a 2022-2023 yearbook, they are $40. You need to pre-order by April 15th through the front office at RTHS. The yearbooks will be delivered in the Fall.

The HS track meet schedule for this Thursday in Glendive has been moved to Friday, April 7th beginning at 10:00 am. A JH track meet has been added for Monday, April 10th in Bowman beginning at noon. We will be taking students to both meets, but the track meets are optional since they are scheduled over Easter break. Make sure students communicate with coaches on if they will be attending or not so we can schedule appropriate bussing.

Due to the upcoming weather forecast, the Elementary Volleyball games in Mott tomorrow evening, April 4th have been canceled.

Track season is always up in the air due to weather! We will do the best we can to keep you updated on any meet changes ASAP. Looking at this week into next, the only track meets that are still on as of now are: April 1st HS Track @ Miles City April 6th HS Track @ Glendive Pictures of these meet schedules are posted on the school website.

Raider News: Middle School Acalympics takes place today at 1:00pm in the Richardton gym. Parents are welcome to come and watch. The High School Acalympic Team left to compete at South Heart today. That also begins at 1:00pm. Good Luck Raider Acalympic Teams!

High School Acalympics planned for tomorrow March 10th at South Heart High School is postponed to Friday March 24th due to weather forecast and road conditions.

There will be no elementary volleyball practice tonight due to road conditions. Students should get on their normal busses. Track practice tonight is optional.

The Richardton-Taylor Public School District will have a two-hour late start tomorrow (Monday, March 6th, 2023). Classes begin at 10:25 am. Busses will run where possible. Thank you.
