There have been a few changes to the practice schedule for tomorrow, January 10th. The schedule will now go as follows:

JH BBB 3:30-5:00 @ TRE
RTPS Girls & Boys basketball teams will be having Military Appreciation Night on the following evenings:
1/9/2024 AB GBB vs. Glen Ullin-Hebron @ RTHS 5:00 MT start (Camouflage Theme)
1/12/2024 AB BBB vs. New England @ RTHS 5:30 MT start (Red, White, and Blue Theme)
All active military & veterans will be able to attend these games at no charge.

The RTHS girls & boys basketball teams are excited to be putting on our future raiders event again this year for those in grades 2nd-6th. Monday, January 8th our C-squad/Freshmen GBB will play DHS freshmen at 4:00 followed by varsity vs Warwick at 5:30 @ RTHS.
The AB GBB game @ New England has been moved from January 15th to January 16th beginning at 5:30 with the possibility of adding a C game at 4:00.
We have scheduled a Double Header with McIntosh since both Solen teams forfeited their seasons. We will play in Richardton on January 22nd.

The Hettinger-Scranton GBB game has been rescheduled for January 29th. ABC beginning at 4:00.
We have added C GBB games for when we travel to Mott on January 25th and for when South Heart comes to Richardton on February 1st beginning at 4:00.
Update: RTPS Archery Club parent meeting/registration tomorrow night at 6 PM in the old tech building/ bus garage for students interested in grades 4-12.
The weight room will be closed tomorrow December 27th 2023 from 6:00am to 12:00pm for deep cleaning.

The GBB make up date with Hettinger-Scranton will be on January 29th, ABC starting at 4:00 in Richardton.

Due to icy roads, tonight's AB GBB games vs Hettinger-Scranton have been postponed. We do not have a make-up date yet, and will send out information once we reschedule.

Candy will be available for purchase. Popcorn & Soda will be provided for each student.
It will be Pajama Day on the 20th as well, and there will be a special visit from Santa Claus that afternoon!

-JH BBB will practice from 5:30-7:00 pm @ TRE after the JH GBB games are over.

The elementary BBB party will now be moved to Friday, December 15th after school @ RTHS.
Tomorrow's AB GBB make up game with Belfield will now be played in Belfield beginning with JV at 5:30. This is a non-district game.

Please make sure to send jerseys to school with players. JH BBB players need to bring black shorts and tennis shoes, and jerseys will be handed out to them before picture time. Order forms were sent home with players. They can still be found at the RTHS front office tomorrow, and can also be found on the RT school website.
Due to inclement weather, the RTPS school district will be releasing school early at 1:00 pm. Buses are running. All after school events and practices are cancelled.
The elementary boys basketball pizza party has been postponed until Monday after school.
The GBB game this evening will now be played on 12/12/23 AB GBB vs Belfield 5:30 & 7:00 @ RTHS.

Sports Update: There have been some changes to the HS GBB schedule for this week. The following schedule is the correct one as of 12/4/2023.
Thursday, December 7th AB GBB @ Hettinger with JV beginning at 5:30 MT & varsity to follow. This is a non-district game.
Friday, December 8th A GBB vs. Belfield @ RTHS 6:00 MT varsity only. This is a non-district game.
We will no longer be playing on Saturday, December 9th. We have added an AB GBB game vs. Warwick in Richardton AB beginning with JV at 4:00 MT on January 8th to make up for it.
Winter Sports Pictures will be taken during school hours on December 11th. The following sports will be involved in Winter Sports Pictures:

High School Boys Basketball
The JH BBB players will be given their jerseys on December 11th for picture day since their season will just be beginning. They will need to bring black shorts & tennis shoes from home.
